Join Jen for an evening of essential oils, journaling work, and gong meditation. Jen will lead a breath meditation, guided visualization, gong bath, and journaling. Jen uses the gong to clear energy and soothe the body and soul.
The workshop is offered on the first Thursday of every month.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow (if desired).
